In the heart of Rural Kenya (Kiambu County) two professional women came together to address the challenges faced by small scale farmers in the region. Led by Ms. Rosemary Gichure an agriculturalist and an environmentalist Environcare Media Services was founded with an aim of transforming farming communities through adoption of innovative solutions to agricultural productivity and safeguarding the Environment.

Environcare Media Services recognises that farmers lack access to modern innovative techniques , faced unpredictable weather patterns, degraded soils ,deforestation and unsustainable farming practices that are causing ecological imbalances and threatening biodiversity.

The organization takes a holistic approach integrating training programs, technological innovations and Environmental conservation initiatives. The training programs delivered through videos, workshops and field demonstrations focused on sustainable farming methods such as organic farming and climate smart Agricultural practices. These techniques are tailored to suit the local context considering the available resources. Through videos, farmers can visually learn and understand the benefits of sustainable practices.

Today, Environcare Media Services continues to empower farmers, uplifting the rural communities resilience to climate change. Through the innovative training methods, technological solutions and environmental initiative, The organization has become a beacon of hope demonstrating that sustainable agricultural practices and environmental conservation can go hand in hand to create a better future for farmers in Africa and beyond
